‘Prithviraj ki Kacheri’ (Baradari)
'Prithviraj ki Kacheri' is also known as 'Baradari of Tosham.' It is a 12th centuri cruciform stone structure situated on the hills of Tosham (Bhiwani), Haryana (India). It was bult by Prithviraj Chauhan as a strategic surveillance and as a 'Court of Justice'. It has twelve doors (hence Baradari means twelve doors or entrances). It is serving as an significant historical site. It shows Rajput era architecture with Tughlaq influences later. This region was ruled by the Guptas, Tomars, Chauhan rulers before the rulers of Delhi Sultanate and the Mughal rulers.
I have visited this place many times and have taken some photographs which I am sharing here.
