Wake up early in the morning and take 1-2 glasses of warm water as your capacity. Include moderate exercise, meditation and Yoga in your daily routine. It is essential for having better physical and mental health. It reduces the risk of stress, depression and anxiety also. Waking up early in the morning is connected with higher level of positivity. It improves sleep quality also.

Always take nutritious and healthy breakfast. Include protein, fiber and healthy fats in your breakfast. Avoid higher sugar in your breakfast. Use milk, whole grain, Oats, Yoghurt, Nuts, eggs and fruits in your breakfast. Eating balanced and nutritious breakfast, make your body and brain healthy. Having healthy breakfast can also help in managing your body weight.

Books are like a best friend. Reading good books develop better understanding and creative ideas within you. Every successful person has the habit of reading books daily. Always read good books to enhance your knowledge. It keeps our mind active.  Reading good book is also necessary for our personal growth. Start your daily routine work happily.

Always take balanced and healthy lunch. A balanced and healthy lunch contains whole grains, dairy products, proteins, vegetables and fruits. Include curd, corn, vegetables and pulses in your lunch daily. Avoid skipping your lunch. Take some rest after lunch. A balanced and healthy lunch improves your physical health and makes you strong.

Always have a light dinner and take a little walk after dinner. Taking light dinner helps in lowering blood pressure. Take a glass of warm milk before going to sleep. It helps you to take good sleep. You must go to sleep early to wake up early in the morning. Take good sleep at least for 7-8 hours daily. It reduces the risk of chronic diseases, diabetes and obesity. Taking good sleep improves the body Immune system.
